Before the end of this unprecedented year, I thought I should post some encouraging words. As all of us have been dealing with Covid 19 and everything else that normally and not so normally comes up, I want to say, Don’t Give Up… God Never, Ever Gives up on us!
Do You Know How Much God Loves YOU?
We may choose to go a different way than God but He will never give up, He will always be there for you. When you invite Jesus into your heart, you are asking someone who is the perfect friend to be part of your life, you can talk to Him all times of the day, if you ask for His help, which He loves, by the way, He will be there to not only help, but He is there to direct you to where you need to be, to give you the ideas, words, direction you need and SO much more. He cares about EVERY detail of your life, I mean EVERY detail.
But We Must Choose His help every step of the way and when we miss it, Get Back Up and try again because He only wants the best for you! God is not angry or displeased with you, Guilt and Shame are not of God, but of satan. God sees you through Jesus Christ’s works at the cross and when he sees you, it is through the filter of Jesus, it is not how bad you were but he sees YOU as His Beloved. All you need to do is recognize your failing or sin and then repent (which is turn away from it) and as God does not remember your sin anymore, you should do the same, God blotted it out and cast into the deep sea. So forget it and move on, the past is your past, leave it there in the past. Jesus died for ALL (past, present and future) sin so we can live under Grace which means unmerited favour.
You are His Beloved and He is well pleased with you. Remember this, write it out, put it on your mirror, say it every day! You and I are His Beloved, Precious People and as you focus on this, you will see your life change. I know this has changed my life and I hope you take this to heart because I know it will change your life also.
Something for you to do for the next week, is to get your bible out, mediate and write out these verse below, think about how this applies to you. what does it mean to you and others? How does this knowledge help you? How will you implement this into your life?
Ephesians 1:6-8 Amplified Bible
6 to the praise of His glorious grace and favor, which He so freely bestowed on us in the Beloved [His Son, Jesus Christ]. 7 In Him we have redemption [that is, our deliverance and salvation] through His blood, [which paid the penalty for our sin and resulted in] the forgiveness and complete pardon of our sin, in accordance with the riches of His grace 8 which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and understanding [with practical insight]
Ephesians 1: 6-8 NIV 6 to the praise of His glorious grace, which He has freely given us in the One He loves. 7 In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace 8 that He lavished on us. With all wisdom and understanding,
Love Your friend, Mandie
