The Power to Remove Worry and Anxiety, something I have been working with God, and believe is important in our walk in this life. My relationship with God is a friendship and it is super important to me. He is always with me and never leaves me nor forsakes me in the hard time or the times I turn and run from Him. This life is hard, you and I have a friend in Jesus (God) and I encourage you to run to Him in time of trouble, He is SO gracious, forgiving and loving. I know, because I have experience it and He LOVE You, God is Love.
Below is a video I did a while back but did not publish. Thank you for listening.
Refuse to worry, by placing your trust in God. Use your mouth by saying what God say in His word, 2 Corinthians 10:3-5 King James Version (KJV) says, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” When you speak word out of your mouth notice your whole being stops to listen. When I or someone near me say “Yellow Dog” my mind starts thinking and seeing a yellow dog in my imagination.
The Word of God (The Bible) is the Power to Remove Worry and Anxiety. I challenge you all to get into your bible and find the promise He has for you, write them down and start declaring them over your life. We have a a list on this website to help you start, here is the link to the page called Mirror Exercises.
Thank you again for taking time to read and listen to the video.

Finally, [a]believers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable and worthy of respect, whatever is right and confirmed by God’s word, whatever is pure and wholesome, whatever is lovely and brings peace, whatever is admirable and of good repute; if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think continually on these things [center your mind on them, and implant them in your heart].

Colossians 3:15 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC) And let the peace (soul harmony which comes) from Christ rule (act as umpire continually) in your hearts [deciding and settling with finality all questions that arise in your minds, in that peaceful state] to which as [members of Christ’s] one body you were also called [to live]. And be thankful (appreciative), [giving praise to God always].
